Returns and exchange
1. Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
2. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for size or color within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
- If you need a different item, a new order must be placed.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are non-returnable.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
- Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- We will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Allow up to 7 business days for processing after we receive your return.
- Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
- Photos of the defective or incorrect item may be required for verification.
