Returns and exchange

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

2. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size or color within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
  • If you need a different item, a new order must be placed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are non-returnable.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
  • Underwear, socks, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • We will provide return instructions and a return address.
  • Allow up to 7 business days for processing after we receive your return.
  • Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Photos of the defective or incorrect item may be required for verification.
