2. Orders & Payment

2.1. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

2.2. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraudulent activity or incorrect pricing.

2.3. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

2.4. Payment must be made in full before an order is processed. Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal

2.5. If a payment dispute or chargeback occurs, we reserve the right to suspend future orders until the matter is resolved.

3. Custom Printed T-Shirts

3.1. Custom-printed orders are processed based on the design submitted by the customer.

3.2. We are not responsible for errors in the design submitted by the customer, including typos, incorrect colors, or improper formatting.

3.3. Offensive, copyrighted, or illegal content will not be printed, and we reserve the right to reject such orders without notice.

3.4. Colors may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions, fabric material, and printing processes.

3.5. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any text, images, or artwork submitted for printing.

3.6. Any rejected designs due to policy violations will not be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be subject to delays beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, and carrier delays.

4.2. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments caused by third-party couriers.

4.3. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

4.4. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4.5. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. Due to the nature of custom printing, returns and refunds are only accepted for defective or incorrect products.

5.2. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order for any return requests.

5.3. Returned items must be in unused, original condition, and in their original packaging.

5.4. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved.

5.5. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 15 business days.

5.6. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.7. Exchanges may be available for size or color issues if the product is not custom-printed.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content, including text, images, logos, and designs on our website, is the property of Teesport and is protected under copyright laws.

6.3. Customers submitting designs for printing must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any artwork or text.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
